Higher Swing
A secure multi-role course and eCommerce platform for children’s wellbeing programs, with role-based access and protected payment splitting.
About Higher Swing
Higher Swing runs online hubs for kids’ wellbeing programs. Emma had outgrown an off-the-shelf SaaS system, so we built a standalone platform with course booking, payments, program managers, coordinators and facilitators.
What needed protecting
- Bookings and details connected to children’s programs
- Several user roles with very different access needs
- Split payments and commissions between parties
What we do
- Role-based access control so each manager, coordinator and facilitator sees only what they need
- Secure headless content authoring for program managers
- Protected payment processing with automated, auditable commission splits
- Ongoing hardening and updates
- Office network, device and Microsoft 365 protection delivered with our trusted Australian IT and MSP partners
The outcome
Higher Swing has a secure multi-role platform that gives Emma full top-down control while keeping each user’s access appropriately limited, with no technical knowledge required.
